Problem

Single-use shopping bags remain a common part of everyday shopping, contributing to plastic waste and carbon emissions. Although reusable bags provide a more sustainable alternative, shoppers often forget to reuse them or lack enough motivation to make reuse a consistent habit.

Solution

I led the design of EcoSmart using behavioural design principles, combining incentives and environmental impact tracking to encourage reusable shopping habits.
